​At SONM, we want your jewellery to reach you as beautifully as it was crafted. Every piece is handmade by artisans across India, packed with care, and shipped securely to your doorstep.

Shipping & Delivery​

• We offer pan-India shipping for all orders placed on sonm.in.

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, as each piece is handcrafted and made to order.

• Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your SONM jewellery delivery in real time.

• Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days depending on location.

• We also offer international shipping on select products — please reach out to support@sonm.in for details and custom quotes.

Packaging

• Each order is carefully packed in our signature SONM box, designed to protect your handmade jewellery and make unboxing feel special.

Payment Policy

• We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and wallet payments.

• All payments are processed securely through trusted gateways to protect your data.

• For special or bulk orders, we also offer custom payment links and bank transfer options upon request.

• See checkout for delivery details & costs. All orders are shipped with a tracking number.  

• We ship domestically in India via our courier partners. International orders have a flat shipping rate of INR 1500 and will be shipped within 7 days.

• Delivery dates may differ for different products. 

• The Company/Website reserves the right to release information about the user or their order to local, state, central or international law enforcement officials if required by the law or if authorised by a Court.

• Payment options will be displayed at the time of checkout. We accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking and cash on delivery.
